Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an available cot. People 12 years old and over stay for US$25 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Important Information
The Hotel will collect the entire stay upon arrival and after check in no amendments or cancelations will be accepted, and no refund will be given. Guests that want to use the airport shuttle service must contact the hotel with the flight details 48 hours prior to arrival. Please note that only swimsuits are allowed in the pool. Please note that the rate for the ‘Special Offer - Egyptian and Residents Only’ room is exclusive for Egyptians and residents only. Additional charges are applicable if a valid Egyptian ID, Egyptian passport or Egyptian residency is not presented upon check-in. Free shuttle bus to the City Center, Almaza two times per day for shopping purposes. Advance booking with the Concierge desk should take place. The casino is temporally closed for renovation.
